About Us

Silva Construction, Inc. services the South Bay area of Los Angeles which extends from Westchester, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach on the north through to Long Beach, San Pedro, Palos Verdes on the south and expanding.

It was started by Dave Silva who has been in the construction industry since 1977. Dave took on a partner David Clarke in 1997. David Clarke is the Production Manager.

Expanding our company, we have a new Design Team to help clients with their projects. The excellently-run organization with tight quality control, assigned administrative and technical duties, is one of the hallmarks of Silva Construction.  This means a smoother- running job site, no big mess, and projects completed ON TIME and ON BUDGET!

We have been in business for 30 years and have the experience and track record to do the job right. It is important to us to ensure we have all the licenses that are require and we hire only licensed, legal employees and contractors. We provide our many customers with competent, good quality work.  Creating your dream house and in the most comfortable way possible, is our goal for clients.

Financial guidance and help is also offered, and we currently work with excellent lending institutions in the area.  They focus on the strength of the mortgage industry----those companies in business who want to lend money.  And as an associate of Silva Construction, they offer assistance in financing a remodel or rebuild project through numerous financing sources.  Contact us for more information.
