Hello,
My name is Jamie Cordero. I’ve been working with Silva Construction for over 17 years. Fresh out of college. I needed a job to support myself and pay my bills. Soon I met with the owner of Silva Construction and secured a position as office manager. I must say when I 
started at the age of 21, I didn’t know a whole lot about being an office manage or about construction for that matter. Dave Silva was willing to teach me the skills it took to be the office manager and how to truly hold a post. After a couple years of excelling at that post it was time for me to learn more about construction.
Working with this company I wore many hats. It was when I started working in production that I realized there is so much to learn about construction and how things are built. While working in this division I was able to learn about all aspects of construction and how to complete a project from start to finish. I not only completed Silva Constructions courses but enrolled in NKBA, National Kitchen and Bath to round out my education.
Over 17 years later, I must admit that not a day goes by when I’m not confronted with a new challenge and learn more. I really do enjoy playing this game and look forward to many more exciting years with Silva Construction.
